Shipping charges, retail sales: Shipping charges as listed are for the minimum shipping service. Some items are required by federal law to be shipped overnight. UPS air shipment for next day, 2nd day or 3rd day delivery on other items is also available. Please phone 877-722-1873 for air shipping charges. In the event of a return, shipping charges are non-refundable.

California sales tax: 7.75% sales tax is automatically added for orders shipped within California unless a dealer resale number is provided. California dealers must check the "tax exempt" box and have filed their tax exempt number to avoid payment of sales tax.

Returns: Items shipped by IAR, Inc. are in new condition unless specified otherwise. If your merchandise is damaged in transit, contact the shipper immediately. If an item is defective, contact us for a return authorization number, then ship it back to us. All merchandise is guaranteed if returned in THE EXACT SAME CONDITION as received within 10 days. Shipping charges are non-refundable. You will be responsible for shipping charges for returns. Upon receiving an item back in good condition, we will refund its cost or replace it at your option.
